Use of this site is provided by QCIC Academy (QCIC) subject to the following Terms & Conditions:-
Payment of fees
Fees are payable immediately using the on-line booking system or directly at the conclusion of your consultation by cash or cheque (cheque guarantee card required)
Payment of fees for corporate training or speaking bookings are covered in our contracts.
Deposits
In all cases and without exception all deposits are transferable but they are not refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
Money back Guarantees
We are confident that you will be immensely satisfied with your consultation/workshop/programme booking. Please see below for the relevant terms and conditions.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Voucher terms & conditions
Validity
All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Refunds
If the person you give the gift voucher to finds it unsuitable, an alternative package will be offered. We are happy to refund you up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Monies will be returned with 30 days.
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel the booking made whether it is for a course, event or individual booking the booking will be transferred to a mutually agreeable time and date. It does not entitle you to a refund.
Cancellation by you
Non attendance by you for personal or professional reasons does not entitle you to a refund. Your booking however can be transferred.
Private Client Mastermind
We are sure that you will gain much from your time on this programme. However if you do not/cannot be bothered to do the assignments given during each session or you loose your inclination/interest/change your mind during the course you are not entitled to a refund. Non attendance by you, either in person for face to face appointments or telephone coaching for whatever reason does not entitle you to a refund although another opportunity to meet will be offered to you. We know the processes that we use work but you will need patience, will power and effort to enable them to work over time for you and your business. Each individuals success depends upon dedication, desire & motivation. As with any business endeavor there is a risk and no guarantee that you will make any money.
Style Events
We are sure that you will enjoy attending our Re-inventing Yourself 1 day events very much, if however by the very first coffee break you realise that the day isn't for you, you must inform me immediately. You must leave at that time and a refund will be sent within 30 days.

Inside Out Platinum Programme
We are sure that you will enjoy attending our programme very much, if however by the first coffee break, on the very first day, of the very first weekend of the programme you realise that the programme isn't for you, you must inform me immediately. You must leave at that time and a refund will be sent within 30 days.
Non attendance due to personal/professional reasons does not entitle you to a refund. You may transfer your booking to another programme.
One to One Presentation Skills Coaching
We are sure that you will learn skills and techniques to improve your presentations/speaking, if however by the first coffee/tea break you find that the coaching isn't for you, you must inform me immediately. The session will be terminated at that time. If payment has been made, a refund will be issued within 30 days.
Non attendance for personal/professional reasons does not entitle you to a refund. You may transfer your booking to another time.
Webinars
Non attendance for personal/professional reasons does not entitle you to a refund. Your booking however will be transferred to the next event.
Other Terms & Conditions
1. Your use constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as at the date of your initial use of the site.
2. QCIC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting such amendments on line. Your continued use of the site after amendments have been made constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
