Use of this site is provided by QCIC Academy (QCIC) subject to the following Terms & Conditions:-
Satisfaction Guaranteed
I absolutely guarantee to give you all of the tools and knowledge that I have acquired over my years of experience and to be available for any questions you might have about your movement forward. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me.
Payment of fees
Fees are payable immediately using the on-line booking system or by BACS transfer
Payment of fees for corporate training or speaking bookings are covered in our contracts.
Deposits
In all cases deposits are transferable but they are not refundable.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Voucher terms & conditions
Validity
All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Refunds
If the person you give the gift voucher to finds it unsuitable, an alternative package will be offered. We are happy to refund you up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Monies will be returned with 30 days.
Cancellation by us
In the extremely unlikely event that I have to cancel a booking made whether it is for a course, event or individual booking the booking will be transferred to a mutually agreeable time and date.
Cancellation by you
Non attendance by you for personal or professional reasons does not entitle you to a refund. Your booking however can be transferred.
Executive Package
We are sure that you will gain much from your time on this programme. However if you do not/cannot be bothered to do the assignments given during each session or you loose your inclination/interest/change your mind during the course you are not entitled to a refund. Non attendance by you, either in person for face to face appointments or telephone coaching for whatever reason does not entitle you to a refund although another opportunity to meet will be offered to you. We know the processes that we use work but you will need patience, will power and effort to enable them to work over time for you and your business. Each individuals success depends upon dedication, desire & motivation.

1. Your use constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as at the date of your initial use of the site.
2. QCIC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting such amendments on line. Your continued use of the site after amendments have been made constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
