How the day progresses

I arrive at your home at 10am. We start with a chat about your beliefs & habits and become clear on what’s holding you back (this is not heavy stuff); then using the Seasonal Twist Colour System™ we assess the level of colours that are right for you. We then depart for the shopping centre where you will try on different outfits which you do not have to purchase but will give you ideas for the future.

Following our day together and when you are on your own there are times when the old story starts hammering on your door shouting “let me in, I want to be with you” and you ‘feel’ yourself starting to listen that is when you connect with me for your 1-2-1 coaching sessions.

These 30 minute sessions will help you to realign to your new story. Each session will include tips, insights and strategies to assist you as you move forward.
