My year’s experiences include working with individuals who are Speakers, Trainers, Coaches, Presenters and senior executives who either hold high profile positions or who are well on the way there. Strict confidentiality is kept at all times.
I have delivered key note speeches which range in time from 45 minutes to several hours in length. My most memorable experience was speaking at the rear of a cruise liner in a force 10 storm…..all I will say is that I kept my professional integrity in tact despite there being a bet that I wouldn’t!!
I understand connection to any audience whether it’s a few people or several hundred, holding their attention and interest is a skill that can be acquired but has to be worked on consistently…to get complacent is a dangerous place to be.

Since entering the Image Industry in 2002 I realised very quickly that I was different…..for starters I didn’t think like many of the other image consultants I met up with and the training I received whilst good was very limited in as much that everything was so dated.
I was advised by my trainers that I would be working with ladies aged 50’ish who did lunch and they would want colour & style consultations. So I set my business up accordingly…..and over time when the phone didn’t ring and there were no emails I became frustrated, terrified, lonely, scared, I felt a failure and desperate. I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t getting enough enquiries or bookings and to make matters worse others that I knew ‘seemed’ to be doing very well.
I then had a light bulb moment…….it wasn’t me that was wrong it was the dated ways that were not attractive to today’s clients….so I immediately did something about that, my business and services became about me offering what my ideal clients were looking for….it wasn’t about working with anyone and everyone. That activated my business into life.
Over time my business keeps evolving (where you start from is just that, the start) my training academy opened in 2006 offering a new way of thinking and training for image coaches/personal stylists.
Listening to my clients needs I’ve developed programmes that consistently meet their growing needs by enabling us to have a continuous professional relationship, not just a one stop shop and over the coming months and years more will be added.
