Training Terms and Conditions at
Your place on a training course will only be reserved on receipt of the deposit. The deposit is transferable but not refundable. If you are paying in full at the time of booking, whether it is a late booking or in reference to an offer, the relevant deposit amount due for the course will be taken as part of the payment.
Paying by Payment Plan
Is a legally binding agreement. You agree to pay the instalments on the due date and until full payment has been received by us. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken against you within the English County Courts.
Late payments fees per day will be charged if payment is late.

Full payment of all course fees must be received prior to commencement of the course. Balance payments are due 20 days prior to the courses commencing; if you do not pay the balance payment I will assume that you have changed your mind and your place will be offered to another person. If you book your place within 30 days of your chosen course commencing, full payment is required at time of booking. |

Refreshments and a light lunch are included but accommodation, flights, taxis, are not.

Materials and equipment
The course fees include course materials which are provided.
Late applications
If there are places available on the course, we will accept late applications right up to one day before the course. Please be aware for colour courses your draping equipment will be forwarded to you following the completion of your course.
Late applications will usually have their place confirmed by email or phone.
Cancellations by the
The
In the highly unlikely event that we have to cancel a course we will endeavour to give you at least one week's notice and you will have the option of transferring to a later course or a full refund of the fees which will be returned to you within 30 days.
We will not be liable for any losses arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of the course.
Cancellations by you
All deposits paid are transferable but not refundable.
If you wish to cancel your place on the course your request should be made in writing within 7 days of paying; monies paid minus the deposit will be returned within 30 days.
What if the course starts within the 7 day period?
If you start your course within the 7 day period the QCIC Academy will not be able to offer you a refund.
If you cancel outside of the 7 day period, you are not entitled to a refund.
The 7 day period
You are considered to have started your home study programme upon receiving your equipment.
You are considered to have started your virtual training programme by the first teleclass.
Non attendance
Non attendance of the course/teleclass/1-2-1 laser coaching or not commencing/loss of interest/cannot be bothered with the home study/virtual programmes due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds or a transfer to a later course.
All training & Home study/Virtual programmes
Each individual's success depends on dedication, desire and motivation. As with all courses it takes time to learn the concepts and to develop knowledge/skills and acquire confidence. Some self study will be required. I know the programmes work but you need to put in the study time needed, attend teleclasses, show up for 1-2-1 coaching. As with any business endeavour there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money.
Delivery of Home Study Programmes
Your programme will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of receiving your order. The drapes & wallets will come directly from the supplier. You will need to sign for both packages. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed from the first working day thereafter. Whilst we will do our best to ensure that you receive your home study programme in the allocated time scale we cannot and will not be held accountable and you are not entitled to a refund for deliveries received after the specified time due to problems with courier firms.
