Training Terms and Conditions at
Your place on a training course will only be reserved on receipt of the deposit. The deposit is transferable but not refundable, there are no exceptions. If you are paying in full at the time of booking, whether it is a late booking or in reference to an offer, the relevant deposit amount due for the course will be taken as part of the payment.
Full payment of all course fees must be received prior to commencement of the course, or a signed agreement plan is in place.
Refreshments and a light lunch are included but accommodation, flights, taxis, are not.

Methods of payment
Fees can be paid on-line, over the telephone, by BACS transfer, by instalment plan or by cheque. Please make cheques payable to QC Image Consultancy
Materials and equipment
The course fees include course materials which are provided.
Late applications
If there are places available on the course, we will accept late applications right up to one day before the course.
Late applications will usually have their place confirmed by email or phone.
Cancellations by the
The
In the highly unlikely event that we have to cancel a course we will endeavour to give you at least one week's notice and you will have the option of transferring to a later course or a full refund of the fees which will be returned to you within 30 days.
We will not be liable for any losses arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of the course.
Cancellations by you

If you wish to cancel your place on the course your request should be made in writing within 7 days of paying; if the full amount has been paid, or an instalment has been paid, the deposit (which is included in the instalment payment plan) will be retained.
Terms & Conditions relating to paying by instalments

Full payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to final Bootcamp commencing.

The Seasonal Twist Colour SystemTM Drapes & CD's which include the licence to use the Laws of Personal AppearanceTM PowerPoint will only be given once your final payment is cleared.

Instalment payments will be taken on the first of a month by the credit/debit card you have provided on the agreement, which will be emailed to you for completion and your signature.

Failure to complete your payment plan for whatever reason will result in legal action being taken against you.

Late payment fees will be charged if your payment is late being made for any reason.
What if the course starts within the 7 day period?
If you start your course within the 7 day period the QCIC Academy will not be able to offer you a refund.
If you cancel outside of the 7 day period, you are not entitled to a refund.
Non attendance
Non attendance of the course due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds or a transfer to a later course.
If the course needs to be postponed for that same reason we will make every effort to reschedule the course. If for any reason the tutor is ill during the course we will endeavour to use another tutor to fill her space.
Any decision you make having attended our training are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions and actions you take. The
Licence Agreements
Full terms and conditions relating to licence agreements here. You will sign these prior to commencement of any programme/coaching/training course.
Independent Contractor
Each party shall be an independent contractor in its performance hereunder and shall retain control over its personnel and the manner in which such personnel perform. In no event shall the parties to these terms and conditions be deemed to be anything other than independent contractors and in no event is this relationship deemed a partnership, joint venture, franchise or employment relationship of any kind.
Certificates
On successful completion of your course you will be given a certificate endorsed by the
