When will I receive the gift voucher?

You will receive your gift voucher within 4-5 working days. All gift vouchers are sent by registered delivery so you will need to sign for them. However we can email one to you for last minute presents.

Validity

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

7 day policy

If the person you give the gift voucher to finds it unsuitable, an alternative package will be offered. However we are happy to refund you (not the gift recipient) up 7 days from the gift voucher being given. Monies will be returned within 30 days.
